As is appropriate, the event has started with a Liturgical celebration – with a Holy Hierarchal Liturgy held in The Chapel of Saint Apostle and Evangelist John at The Orthodox Theological Faculty of The Belgrade University, wich was celebrated by The Spiritual Patron of The Center, His Grace The Right Reverend Bishop of The Mitropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand k.k. Irinej.
The Holy Eucharist was offered at the Heavenly Altar of The Lord with the concelebration of His Grace The Right Reverend Bishop of Remesiana k.k. Andrej; The Very Reverend Protopresbyter-Stavrophor doc.dr Vladimir Vukashinovich, Profesor at The Theological Faculty; The Reverend Presbyter Vasilije Vojvodich, Secretary of The Theological Faculty; The Reverend Presbyter Boshko R. Marinkov, Chairman of our Board for Culture; The Venerable Hieromonk Jelisej (Vujovich); The Reverend Protodeacon Nemanja S. Mrdjenovich, Director of our Center; The Venerable Hierodeacon Prokopios (Tayar); The Reverend Deacon Hadzi Nenad M. Jovanovich, Chairman of our Board for Heraldic and Genealogical Studies, and other Priests and Deacons.
The Eucharistic happyness was magnified on this occasion by the fact that His Grace Bishop Irinej has, during The Holy Liturgy, ordained Mr Srechko Zhivanovich in to the Clerical Rank of a Deacon, as the new Clergyman of The Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand.
During the Liturgy, His Grace Bishop Irinej has delivered an appropriate pastoral and saintconstantinian homily, and following the Liturgy, His Grace The Right Reverend Bishop k.k. Andrej of Remesiana has blessed the Slava Bread and sanctified the Slava Wheat in the packed Chapel of The Faculty, in the honor of our Slava (Patron Saint Feast).
Besides a substantional number of the Fathful, the Service of God was participated by His Royal Highness Prince Karl Vladimir Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia and Her Royal Highness Princess Brigitta Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia, who were worthily placed in fitting Thrones.
After The Divine Service, an exibition of the selected heraldic, vexilological and other simmilar artwork of our Board for Heraldic and Genealogical Studies was opened in The Faculty lounge. The opening of the exibition has started with an appropriate address of The Reverend Deacon Hadzi Nenad M. Jovanovich, Chairman of The Board.
After that, all who were present were especially honored by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Aleksandar, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Katarina Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia, as he has personaly greeted the hosts and guests at the event, explaning, at the same time, his vision of the nature of The Monarchy needed in Serbia of the XXI century. By this, the exebition was opened.
Afterwards, the assembled Faithful and ivitees have taken pleasure in inspecting the artistic achievements of our heraldists, and after that they have geathered in the Faculty amphitheater, where an appropriate constantinian academy was held.
The well known male choir ''The Venerable Rafailo of Banat'' from Petrovgrad in Banat, has started the programme with the chant of the Easter troparion and the Hymn of Serbia, which was greeted with standing respect and prayerful participation.
With the blessing of His Grace The Right Reverend Bishop of Novi Sad and Bachka, Sombor and Segedin k.k. Irinej (Bulovich), the programme was conducted by The Reverend Presbyter Boshko R. Marinkov. He has enriched all of his announcements with his smooth, god-loving and patriotic poetry, in accordance with the solemn event, that has geathered all of those in attendance under the arches of this high academic institution.
The first to address the esteemed invitees and guests, with his carefully chosen words, in the name of The Faculty, as the host, was The Very Reverend Father Dr Vladimir Vukashinovich, Proffesor at the Department of Liturgics of The Orthodox Theological Faculty of The Belgrade University. In his speech, he has among other things and not without melancholy, reminded of the times when even the secret bringing of the photographs of The Crown Prince Aleksandar across the Yugoslavian borders has presented an act, which wasn't without a certain degree of risk.
After that, the Director of The Center, The Reverend Protodeacon Nemanja S. Mrdjenovich, has briefly introduced those present with the history, structure and methods of work of The Center. He has emphesized the person, merits and ideological influence, left by the late Mr Nebojsha M. Krstich, creator of The Center for Research of Orthodox Monarchism. His appropriate address, following a theodulic understanding of the Monarchy, was sealed with the covenant testimony of the great Politician with The Cross (as said by Saint Bishop Nikolaj of Ochrid and Zhicha), after which we need a King who is ''not a tyrant nor a puppet, but a Host''...
The Reverend Deacon Hadzi Nenad M. Jovanovich has, after that, read the letters of greeting, graciously sent to the assembly because of their inabillity to attend in person, by The High Patron of The Center, His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia and His Royal Highness Prince Davit Bagration-Moukhran Batonishvilli of Georgia. The words of the two great Orthodox Dynasts were greated by the assembled people with a loud applause...
By all means, on this occasion, the special influence was left upon all present, by the lecture of Bishop Andrej of Remesiana, who has in great detail and scholarly approach dealt with the topic of Orthodox Monarchism, dedicating it at the very beginning to the noted jubilees of The Edict of Milan, birth of Saint Simeon The Myrrh-streaming, blessed repose of Saint Queen Tamar of Georgia and the enthronement of The Holy Imperial Dynasty of Romanov.
With the contence of his lecture, but also with the way it was delivered by The Right Reverend Bishop, he has captured the hearts of all of those assembled at the event, winning the undivided sympathy of all. We find it especially interesting that His Grace has especially given testimony of the state-creating teaching, simmilar to that of the great Lev Alexandrovich Tikhomirov, according which it is the Monarch who delegates his personal sovereign rights to the People, and not the other way around…
Equally impressive and effective was the learned lecture of The Colonel Mr Doc.Dr Borislav D. Grozdich, Professor at The Department of Military Ethics of The Military Academy of The University of Defence. He has lectured on the topic of the Christ-loving Army from the Christian ethics point of view and reflecting on our saintconstantinian stratocratic legacy.
The associates of The Center were especially influenced by the fact that the honoured Colonel Grozdich has, in his speech, just like Bishop Andrej, repeatedly called upon the monarchist teaching of ''the two great Krstichs'' – the late Bishop of Budim k.k. Dr Danilo (Krstich) and Mr Nebojsha M. Krstich.
The patriotic souls at this celebration were especially cheered by the performance of the National Gusle Player Mr Vlado Runjo, who has performed a section from The Mountain Wreath, by Prince-Bishop Petar II Petrovich-Njegosh of Montenegro. In this way all were additionally and aptly reminded that this is the jubilee year of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the Tzetinje Hermit, greatest philosopher-poet of the Serbian name and tongue.
But, the specially beneficial and healing influence upon the spirits of the assembled, was the sweet chant of the Choir ''The Venerable Rafailo of Banat''. Under the conduct of Mr Nino Rajachich, they have supplemented the speaches of the esteemed lecturers and, in that way, rejoiced the souls of those assembled at the solemn ceremony who have rewarded them with long applauses.
Towards the end of the programme the distiguished invitees were presented with appropiate gifts and Acknowledgements. The Spiritual Patron of The Center, His Grace The Right Reverend Bishop of The Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand k.k. Irinej, was, as a sign of immence gratitude for all of his paternal care and love, presented with a hierarchal portrait, the artwork of the associate of The Center, The Iconpainter Mr Rade M. Pavlovich.
As a symbolic gift, comemorating gratitude and respect, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Aleksandar Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia was presented with an icon of Saint Emperor Constantine Equal-to-The-Apostles, work of the Belgrade Iconpainter Mr Vukashin Delich. The satisfaction of His Highness, with the overall impression of the celebration of the Patron Day Saint of The Center, is confirmed and testified by The Acknowledgement, issued on this occasion by His Highness to The Center…
The Right Reverend Bishop Andrej was presented with The Acknowledgement of The Center, as a sign of gratitude for everything achieved in the field of the testimony of the idea of Orthodox Monarchism, and for his great efforts and love shown towards all that is Holy and honorable, and accessible to The Merciful God.
The modest but sincere gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Karl Vladimir Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia was also expressed with The Acknowledgement of The Center. His Highness has, indeed, allways wholeheartedly supported the mission of The Center, and his contribution can only be measured to that of our High Patron, His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia.
The Acknowledgement of The Center was also handed as a reward to Mr Aleksandar O. Djurdjev, The Councellor of The Mayor of The City of Novi Sad for The Danube Strategy and The Head of The Parliamentary Group of The Third Serbia in The Assembly of The City of Novi Sad (Capital of The Province of Vojvodina). Same as Mr Srdjan Stanishich, The Chairman of The Cabinet of His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich of Serbia and Yugoslavia.
Mr Djurdjev and Mr Stanishich are both longtime friends of The Center, and without their help and support, this solemn celebration of The Jubilees and Slava of The Center at The Orthodox Theological Faculty would never be possible…
Of course, beside the mentioned above, all of the mentioned our well-wishers have been presented with several books, which are the fruit of the labour in the field of research of our Center, and are signed by our esteemed associates and members: The Reverend Presbyter Boshko R. Marinkov, The Reverend Protodeacon Nemanja S. Mrdjenovich, The Reverend Deacon Hadzi Nenad M. Jovanovich and Mr Aleksandar V. Bachko.
At the end of the academy, all of the assembled have been called to an appropriate cocktail in the dining room of The Faculty, and the distinguished invitees have aproached the Table of Love (Agape), served in the premices of The Restaurant ''Romanitichari'', with which the programme of the celebration was completed to the Glory of God.
